Each tag is made with its own link and chip number, then joined to a rig when the owner claims it; the tag itself is not pre-programmed with equipment data. The proposed browser record can hold the container, reserve, main, and AAD, including serial numbers and manufacture dates, plus rigger-recorded repacks and appraisals. The page says no app or pairing is required, while the physical cards remain in testing and are not yet on sale.
