The foundation organizes its work under three headings: Forward scholarships, Backward oral-history recordings, and Across-generation mentorship. Its initial scholarship commitment is deliberately narrow—one or two girls in rural Ethiopia—with fees, materials, and uniforms covered as a whole rather than in part. The site says the family is still designing programmes, finding partners, and planning the first recordings, making this a public account of a project at its formative stage rather than a report on an established operation.
