The puzzle uses standard Sudoku constraints alongside outlined cages whose cells must add to the small number shown in each cage; repeated digits are also prohibited within a cage. The page recommends beginning with constrained sums such as two cells totaling 3 or 17, then combining those possibilities with row, column, and box elimination. Progress is kept in browser localStorage rather than synchronized through an account.
