coldwake: teaching a memoryless agent to pick up the thread

Each cycle starts with a fresh large-language-model instance that can read only a 4,000-character state.md note left by its predecessor. Before doing any work, the instance records a cold reading of that note; it then makes integer-sequence predictions whose verification scripts and falsification criteria enter a hash-chained ledger. Duplicate predictions are rejected, and abandoned leads remain in graveyard.md. The homepage says complete traces and the reasoning journal are intended for later publication.
