InspectPlay organizes the recurring inspection cycle around client and site records, an offline Appendix A checklist, evidence attached to individual findings, signed reports, and renewal reminders. Its report format is described as retaining passes as well as faults, with Priority 1–5 rankings, measurements, photographs, and a compliance opinion. The Pro tier also states that it checks a territory for playgrounds missing from public records, although that work is currently handled by request.
