DayWeft, health data woven into one day
A proposed health system that brings wearable data, food records, and lab results into one personal baseline.
Field notes
DayWeft proposes a three-part record joining wearable measurements, food entries, and lab results, with daily, food, and trend views designed to retain the source of each number. Its examples draw on 92 days of the founder's data: one screen combines sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and respiration, while another tracks protein and fibre against user-set limits. The trend examples distinguish a reported clear alcohol/HRV relationship from weaker or noisy findings. The product is presented as a closed beta rather than an open service.
