DishSignal turns ingredient changes into a restaurant review trail
This fictional prototype shows restaurants which dishes and menu views may need review when supplier or recipe information changes.
Field notes
The demonstration models a supplier declaration changing from one version to another, then follows recorded recipe links to identify affected dishes. Its example restaurant contains 12 fictional dishes and 18 fictional ingredients, with two changes awaiting review; one simulated update adds mustard to roasted pepper dressing and flags three dishes. The page separates system support from restaurant accountability, showing draft staff and diner wording for human editing rather than presenting automated decisions as authoritative.
