The pendant uses a physical tap to begin and end recording, while an optional rolling memory buffer preserves up to 60 seconds before activation. The page says recordings remain on the hardware, transfer over USB-C or Bluetooth LE, and can be transcribed with local models rather than a cloud service. It lists 8 GB of storage, a target of 24 hours per charge, and planned open-source firmware and desktop software.
