The farm deliberately operates as a waitlist rather than a storefront: customers name the crop they want, then receive availability, pickup, and total details by email. Its three listed crops are microgreens, mushrooms, and lettuce, with mushrooms grown on blocks rather than in water. The same household’s Dink Masters project handles Metro Detroit pickleball court time and lessons through CourtReserve, while the farm keeps its pickup location private.
