Cam360 Gives Browser Calls the Camera Controls They Forgot
An open-source Chrome extension that adjusts, processes, and replaces webcam video before it reaches browser-based meeting sites.
Field notes
Cam360 inserts a processing layer between a browser site’s camera request and the outgoing video stream, allowing controls to be shared across supported web calls. Its panel opens with Alt+Shift+C and can apply up to 250 percent zoom, colour adjustments, background treatments, overlays, and freeze frames. Installation is manual because the extension is not yet in the Chrome Web Store. The page also distinguishes browser use from native desktop clients, which it says cannot be reached by a Chrome extension.
