The interface records a department, service, approximate location, amount, result, and optional evidence, then exposes aggregate views by category and office. The homepage lists coverage ranging from land and customs offices to traffic police, passport services, hospitals, and education. At the time of extraction, the ledger contained one Dhaka passport-office entry totaling ৳1,000, while the page also described the visible dataset as a demo and the displayed allegation as unverified.
