Ilusi accepts several ebook formats, including EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, PDF, and plain text, then estimates the illustration count, character count, and credit cost before rendering anything. Illustrations are positioned up to a chapter ahead, while character information remains limited to the reader’s progress. The site estimates that a fully read novel may require about one hundred illustrations. Reading itself is described as free; generated illustrations use non-expiring credits, with no subscription.
