meshtripwire: a camera-free perimeter system for places without infrastructure

The system places filtering, correlation, event storage, and alert logic at a Raspberry Pi base station rather than in a cloud service. Sensors include WiFi/BLE sniffers, a QMC5883L magnetometer, piezo discs, and reed, PIR, or beam-break contacts. The documentation reports a mixture of unit, smoke, bench, compile, and mock testing, with vehicle and vibration sensors still awaiting bench calibration.
