The project combines editorial notes with a meeting index: the current page groups activity by jurisdiction and day, while a numerical section breaks out categories such as contracts, public hearings, health and human services, and rezoning. It says each figure links to the underlying agenda items so readers can inspect and count the source material themselves. The visible week includes 22 boards, 14 governments, and 133 agenda items, with separate navigation for maps, sources, legislative activity, elections, and earlier weeks.
