The framework is organized around six operational functions and several entry routes, including a first-90-days guide, implementation tiers, workshops, and a maturity self-assessment. Its supporting material extends into operating models, roles, detection-as-code, threat intelligence, templates, metrics, and platform-specific playbooks for Windows 11, macOS, and RHEL. A particularly broad element is the national-annex section, which lists every EU member state, alongside crosswalks to NIST CSF 2.0 and CIS Controls.
