The project begins with public-register rows, preserves their source and date, then resolves names and addresses before auditing associated domains for observable decay. Its displayed run covers seven UK districts and reports 1,740 audited domains, with 1,145 refusals attributed to sites that were already fine. Longitudinal detection, revisit scheduling, and evidence-bound content generation are identified as future work.
