The proposed line keeps material suspended through heating or calcining, milling, staged inertial classification, optional gas-phase surface treatment, and filtration, avoiding intermediate storage and re-agglomeration. Regolith states that line sizing uses the customer's own sample and the wettest expected conditions. Its figures include 1–50 t/h capacity, a 0–5,000 µm particle-size range, and claimed 99.9% bag-filter capture down to 0.5 µm.
