RouteHold separates route planning from route following: a rider imports a prebuilt route, and the app retains its roads, turns, and waypoint order instead of recalculating between points. Waypoints can be designated as stops or shaping points; the former hold guidance until the rider proceeds, while the latter may be skipped when missed. The site describes on-device voice generation, offline operation after download, and testing on a 2020 Galaxy XCover Pro and 2019 iPhone 11.
