SquawkForge’s small tools for serious flying
An independent aviation software studio building focused iPhone and iPad apps for pilots, from route-aware coffee stops to FAA registry monitoring and supplemental cockpit displays.
Field notes
The studio separates its products by workflow rather than presenting one broad flight-planning suite. Air Coffee accepts Garmin-compatible FPL files, ranks possible stops using route impact and ground-access factors, and can return a revised route to ForeFlight for review. A second app watches up to three FAA N-numbers for ownership changes, while DI 275 uses Sentry GDL 90 input or device sensors for supplemental attitude and HSI views. Several capabilities remain explicitly in development.
