The lab organizes its work around two distinct software artifacts: SyncFlow, a deterministic local-first event store with peer synchronization and Linux/macOS CLI links, and Karya, an offline task-and-ledger manager offered for desktop and web use. Karya is explicitly labeled Active Beta. The accompanying journal focuses on implementation-level subjects, including zero-allocation finite state machines, memory profiling, carrier-thread pinning, and throughput limits under sustained concurrency.
