The workflow separates transcription from trust: a parsed result is shown beside the exact report line and does not enter the vault until the user confirms it. The catalog covers roughly 55 analytes, with multilingual aliases and deterministic unit-conversion rules; unsupported items are listed with reasons. The privacy design uses browser-side encryption and an exportable JSON vault, but the stated tradeoff is irreversible loss if the user forgets the passphrase.
