The project frames WebMCP as a site-published tool layer that agents can access without a pre-arranged vendor integration. Its examples keep the person in a shared transcript: an agent files a defective-product warranty claim, while refund confirmation is refused until the customer completes a fingerprint-backed WebAuthn ceremony. The page says the implementation runs natively on document.modelContext in Chrome 151 and distinguishes the browser channel from ordinary keystrokes.
