EirePlan turns Ireland’s scattered site records into an address workspace
A searchable map and research workspace that gathers Irish planning, environmental, heritage, land, property, and demographic records around individual addresses.
Field notes
The service joins Irish planning registers with mapped layers covering zoning, geology, water, heritage, cadastral parcels, census areas, property sales, and transport infrastructure. It reports 35 source feeds and records the source and vintage behind each result. Its St Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre example traces thirteen applications from 2019 onward, separating seven grants, three refusals, and five referrals to An Coimisiún Pleanála. The homepage also exposes provenance, documentation, precedent search, and an API route.
