The project frames each investigation as a reproducible chain: identify provenance, align spatial data, compare independent evidence, and publish the result with limitations. Its source list points readers toward USGS elevation and hydrography, FEMA flood information, Census TIGER/Line features, and NOAA climate observations. Proposed work stays deliberately local, including neighborhood drainage, dated-image comparisons, block-level heat, and infrastructure context. The homepage currently documents the approach more fully than it demonstrates completed case studies.
