InspectPlay organizes the recurring inspection cycle around a persistent record of clients, sites, equipment, findings, and next visits. Its stated report format retains passed checklist items as well as faults, adds measurements and photographs, and ranks hazards from Priority 1 to 5. The Pro tier also describes a quarterly territory check for schools, churches, and daycares whose playgrounds do not appear on public maps; the site says that discovery work is currently handled by request.
