The workflow begins by forwarding the customer’s original message to a personal Jobproof address, which associates the job with the existing conversation. A contractor then selects price-book items and captures, captions, and orders photos on a phone; the page says images are reduced before upload for poor signal conditions. Quotes can become invoices through a customer acceptance link, while payment is routed to the contractor’s own Stripe account.
