KAI TOV’s Instruments for the Heavy-Process World
A Kryvyi Rih enterprise develops and builds small-series measurement and control instruments for mining and metallurgical processes.
Field notes
The enterprise describes a process-point-first workflow: environmental conditions determine the sensing principle, housing, ingress protection and cabling before a design is assembled from reusable modules. Its belt-weigher example combines load cells beneath a conveyor idler set with a return-roller speed sensor, producing instantaneous flow and a running total. The page gives a 5–2000 t/h range, 4–20 mA or pulse outputs, and calibration by weight or test chain.
