The visible prototype models a close-out as a chain of claims rather than a single generated paragraph: each finding, cause, action, preventive change, and evidence item is handled separately. Its sample traces a seized fire-main valve to a revised SMS procedure and maintenance job distributed across six Supramax vessels. The page also shows an explicit evidence gap, making the draft's limits visible instead of presenting every sentence as equally supported. The demonstration is labelled synthetic data, with design partners still being recruited.
