The project organizes food knowledge as a network: territory can lead to city, ingredient, recipe, wine, cheese, technique, or history. Its visible pilot centers on Tuscany and includes ten territories, Florence coordinates, and named entries such as Chianti Classico and pecorino Toscano. A separate journey traces chile from the Americas through Iberia and Africa to India and East and Southeast Asia. The page identifies itself as Prototype v0.1.
