The calendar begins with the first day of a user’s last period and uses a configurable 28-day cycle to populate predictions. Users can revise bleeding days, record moods such as “feral” or “soft,” add cravings and short notes, and inspect simple totals for the selected window. A sample month demonstrates the interface, while the sharing flow is described as a one-link exchange with one friend rather than account-based synchronization.
