Peggin’ Witches — Est. 1659
A fictional twelve-unit property where immortal witches, identical husbands named Gerald, and one beleaguered maintenance man generate the paperwork.
Field notes
The project builds its setting from administrative artifacts rather than conventional narrative pages: tickets have numbers, priorities, resolutions, parts-used fields, and Brian’s handwritten-style signoff. The visible archive names eleven tenants and links to sections including Dungeons, HOA Minutes, The Florida Years, and The Sealed File. Its internal chronology is deliberately absurd, combining a claimed 367 years of management with a maintenance worker who remains twenty-five.
