QuickRun Turns GitHub Repositories into One-Click Launches
QuickRun clones a Git repository, checks its declared tools and tasks, asks for required values, then starts the application locally.
Field notes
QuickRun uses a browser extension, a local interface, or a terminal command to turn a repository reference into a managed run. Its optional quickrun.yml records required tools, setup commands, tasks, and readiness information; without that file, the site says it proposes a configuration and marks the guess. The documented workflow covers Windows, macOS, and Linux, and groups child processes so a run can be stopped even when an original parent process has exited.
