The app organizes recipes into separate Spaces, each with its own collection, weekly plan, and shopping lists, so a household can keep home, family, and personal cooking contexts apart. Input can come from a recipe URL, a photographed handwritten card, a scanned cookbook page, or manual entry. The site also describes conflict-safe syncing for devices that have been offline for weeks, using storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, ownCloud, or a user-owned folder.
