The homepage organizes the project as a small family of separately linked properties rather than a single application. Its stated operating model is local execution with state kept on disk, while the individual entries divide the work into document review, multi-agent coordination, and communication with a running pi session. The fourth property, hail.tools, is labeled as coming soon and is intended to extend that communication path to a phone.
