TechBoard uses physical bay stations rather than another tablet workflow: technicians press one of three buttons to mark themselves available, busy, or out, and the status changes on the dispatch display. The demo includes job assignment, timers, notes, dismissal, and a settings control. The page also describes overtime alerts, red-pulsing tiles, and automatic tracking of wrench time, average job length, completed jobs, and recurring overruns.
