A cross-platform HTTP(S) proxy for intercepting, modifying, debugging, and routing traffic across HTTP/1, HTTP/2, and opt-in HTTP/3.

Landing page captured for the 2026-08-29 issue.

Field notes

Titanium presents several ways to use the same proxy stack: a standalone CLI, a desktop MITM debugger, an optional operations edition, and a NuGet library for .NET applications. The example configuration routes localhost traffic from port 8000 to port 8080, while the C# snippet enables HTTPS interception through a locally trusted root certificate. HTTP/2 is enabled by default and HTTP/3 is available through an opt-in QUIC path.
