TriLockSafe Turns Documents Into Server-Governed Page Images
A self-hosted document DRM system that shows sensitive files in a browser while counting prints, watermarking recipients, logging access, and supporting revocation.
Field notes
The system separates document distribution from document possession: an offline writer rasterizes each PDF into page images, while recipients receive authenticated links instead of downloadable files. The page describes a per-recipient counter, watermarks containing name, email, and timestamp, and audit entries with IP, device, and timestamp. Its central enforcement example uses a single Cloudflare D1 update that grants a print only when the recipient remains below the configured allowance, returning print_limit_reached at the limit.
