Coltiveo, a Garden Planner Built Like a Small World

Coltiveo models a garden as an editable grid: areas can be resized, plants selected and grouped, and reusable tiles copied between sections. The visible workspace includes an example 10,000-square-metre plot, path materials ranging from Japanese stepping stones to terracotta tiles, and keyboard shortcuts for map editing. Plant activity records accept harvest quantities in kilograms, grams, pieces, bunches, or crates, while companion-planting controls show ecological affinities among neighboring plants.
