If Quiet, a Mac Check-In That Notices Absence
A macOS menu-bar app uses extended inactivity as a check-in deadline, then sends private, recipient-specific messages if that deadline expires.
Field notes
The app separates local presence detection from the countdown itself: macOS supplies only elapsed idle time, while a remote service holds the last confirmed deadline. The page shows a three-day threshold, three enabled recipients, recipient-specific plain-text messages, and a private preview flow. It also says an anonymous installation credential resides in Keychain and that no documents, attachments, keystrokes, clicks, apps, or screen contents are collected. Availability is described as coming soon for macOS 14+.
