InboxTamer, for the recurring-sender problem
A Gmail cleanup tool that finds recurring senders, protects selected categories, and lets users review or trash cleanable messages.
Field notes
The tool scans a selected Gmail range, groups messages by sender, and distinguishes cleanable mail from protected mail before offering deletion. Its built-in safeguards cover starred and important messages, receipts, bookings, security access, and legal documents, while custom rules can inspect subjects, addresses, and attachment filenames. Cleanup runs sequentially with up to three retries per failed batch, and the interface includes recovery through Gmail’s Trash.
