The register currently combines 115,496 United States records with 58,213 Canadian records and reports coverage of roughly 140,000 products. MeDB says each record retains source provenance and a freshness stamp, while five separate absence states prevent a missing result from being read automatically as non-approval. The product also describes watch lists for registration changes and patent-expiry windows; expansion beyond the two live markets is presented as a plan for 30-plus countries.
