Why it surfaced

PlainWalk turns an ordinary walk into a small act of cartography: new roads are recorded as “explored,” distances and covered areas become badges, and the route stays on the device without an account. It also includes background tracking, a widget, a map for checking your route later, and shareable walk cards.
