The workflow starts with a controlled CSV export rather than a CRM replacement. QuoteRevive screens out closed work, opt-outs, recent replies, and other unsuitable estimates before presenting a follow-up plan for review. The public example uses a synthetic Evergreen Fence Co. record: a $4,800 vinyl privacy fence estimate sent six days earlier, followed by a simulated customer request for a call. The site says the current validation stage sends no real customer emails.
