The service connects to TruckersMP, CHub, or Trucky and keeps imported event details refreshed instead of requiring coordinators to recopy dates, routes, and server information. Its workflow separates outgoing invitations, incoming events, partner VTCs, members, and settings, with responses recorded against each invitation. The example workspace shows a Calais-to-Hamburg convoy and distinguishes accepted responses from those still waiting, giving the otherwise niche coordination problem a concrete administrative shape.
