The project uses a Leaflet map and Natural Earth geographic data to stage an imaginary government naming regime. Its controls divide the map into waters, parks, and landmarks, while each label can reportedly open a renaming decree and a separate toggle restores the former names. The page credits Mark Sample and marks coordinates as approximate, keeping the operational details visible beneath the mock-official language.
