The workflow starts by matching a battery through QR, Data Matrix, or serial number and flagging duplicate or conflicting identity data before repair begins. Safety checks are placed ahead of condition assessment, with recall sources and timestamps attached to the record. Technical decisions can retain BMS readings, test-bench results, methods, instruments, photographs, and documents, while customer-facing publication is limited to approved information. The page also presents mobile apps, offline bench use, and multilingual support.
