Claims Digger turns schedule changes into construction-claims evidence
An invite-only construction software product that compares P6 schedule updates, checks them against DCMA’s 14-point standard, and visualizes what changed.
Field notes
The product takes two Primavera P6 schedule updates and compares them by activity identity, rather than relying only on imported labels. Its checks cover the DCMA 14-point framework, including logic, leads and lags, constraints, float, duration, forecast dates, resources, CPLI, and BEI. A WBS-grouped Gantt view marks critical-path work and overlays date movement between updates. The page also describes collaborator permissions and one-click export of a comparison workbook, but the actual analysis interface is behind invite-only access.
