Projects can preserve both the source material and its provenance: the library labels where pictures came from, while users retain control over page text, images, order, and layout. The workflow supports imported audio as well as recordings made inside the app, with music ducking beneath narration. Export options include PDF, narrated video, and a portable .ddstory archive; optional Studio Plus cloud backup is presented separately from the free offline-oriented workflow.
