The service uses ordinary REST-style resources with query parameters that alter response behavior, including forced status codes, millisecond delays, and probabilistic failures. Its examples cover frontend loading states, error boundaries, and retry handling, alongside filtering, full-text search, sorting, pagination, and nested routes. Writes on the shared mock dataset are explicitly echoed rather than persisted; a separate sandbox is described as an overlay that stores only changed records.
