The workflow starts with candidate dates and a location, which the organizer shares through LINE for ○ △ × responses. After a decision, the same URL carries the confirmed schedule, meeting point, supplies, and attendance information rather than requiring a replacement page. The homepage also describes paid-event support: attendees choose a date and ticket quantity, pay on the spot, and receive a separate QR code for camera-based reception. A sample barbecue includes eight expected participants.
